Sheena Kelly is a freelance dance practitioner who has worked extensively in Northern Ireland and North West England who trained at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts where she has recently graduated with a BA (Hons) in Dance.

As a choreographer and facilitator she has worked for companies including BBC Blast Northern Ireland, Jacquleine Chadwick Academy, LIPA and various theatres across Northern Ireland with works ranging from contemporary dance, musical theatre and physical theatre.

She is co-founder, co-choreographer and performer with Strawberry Peppers dance theatre company which performed its debut piece Frameless in Liverpool After Leap Festival 2008 and Sunndal Kultur Festival, Norway and is currently setting up her own separate contemporary dance company due to make its debut at the Blackie Theatre Liverpool in 2009.

With Youth Music Theatre: UK Sheena has choreographed Girl in the Ashes, Great Expectations and Northern Ireland Outreach projects Stormy Weather and Shakespeare’s Secret.
