45 young people from Strabane in Northern Ireland enjoyed an action-packed six days of workshops and performing during the Easter 2008 holidays, held at the Alley Theatre.
The workshop culminated in the creation of a new musical entitled Stormy Weather which was devised and written by the group and performed to an enthusiastic audience.
The project was organised in conjunction with Strabane District Council with funding support from Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
Participant Conor Devine, 14, commented 'the workshop has been really helpful, it offered me an insight into what it is like to be a professional actor, learning how to warm up my voice, protect myself on stage and create a role from scratch'.
Look out for further Music Theatre For All projects!
