For the past ten years Keith has worked as an Actor, Director ,Composer ,Musical Director, and Workshop Leader. He was born in Liverpool and started acting at the Everyman Youth Theatre going on to train at Salford University and Hope St Project.

Keith specializes in creating contemporary Musical Theatre with and for young people. Youth Musicals include “Girlz’n’Boyz” for Theatre Royal Stratford East and “Fair Ground” and “Love Wars” for Cardboard Citizens. He is interested in creating musicals with a strong contemporary flavour drawing upon a range of influences including Hip Hop, Garage, Bhangra, Gospel Blues, Soul, Jazz, Folk, Soca and Rock.

He has directed drama and music workshops for, The Roundhouse, Leicester Haymarket, Graeae, Cardboard Citizens Theatre Centre, Theatre Royal Stratford East, Theatr Clwyd, Red Ladder, Hope St Project Oval House and The National Theatre.

Acting work includes The Witches for Birmingham Rep, Making a difference and Make some Noise for Theatre Royal Stratford East, WiseGuys at Contact Theatre Manchester, and Palace of Fear at Leicester Haymarket Missing and Authentic Voices for Theatre Centre.

He is currently collaborating with writer Philip Osment on Wizeguyz, a Hip Hop Musical and “The Happy Release” A play with songs set in rural Devonshire.
