Project Staff Contact Details

Each of our residential projects has a Head of Pastoral Care (Head Chaperone) with a 24-hour mobile phone number. These numbers are generally available just prior to each project so that the on-site team can respond to any questions or concerns from young people or parents about the project, specifically in relation to care issues, such as medical, health, food, accommodation or child protection, and for parents/carers to reach participants in the event of an emergency. These numbers no longer function once a project is completed.

The emergency contact numbers can be found in your individual Project Pack, or can be obtained from the office during working hours. Please ensure you have this number to hand during your particular project.
