How do global events affect our personal lives? How well do we know our neighbours? What impact can an individual have globally?. What causes friction in our society?. What excites us? Makes us angry despondent or happy?

We will bring characters we know from our street into the rehearsal room and we will invent new ones. See how they interact. How do they sing and move? Songs and narrative will be made from all of our experiences and influences. Hip Hop and Garage beats meet Punk and Nu Metal, entwined with Folk, jazz gospel and blues. Come and create, music, lyrics, characters, dialogue, movement. Over the week we will explore and debate, fuse and create a new piece of contemporary musical theatre.
